Mogadishu (RBC) Suicide woman has exploded herself inSomalia’s national theatre killing dozen of people and wounding others including government officials, RBC Radio reports.
The explosion happened in the national theatre at about 11.00 am (local time) as Somalia Prime Minister Abdiweli Mohamed Ali Gaas was speaking at the first anniversary ofSomalianational TV which was set up on Aril 5 last year.
Among those were killed in the suicide explosion are;
1- Said Mohamed Mugambo – Chairman of Somali Football Federation
2- Adam Haji Yabarow Wish- Chairman of Somali Olympic Committee
The finance minister ofSomaliatransitional government and senior advisor for the office of the prime minister were also seriously wounded.
Also members of the parliament and six local journalists were wounded in the explosion.
