Nairobi (RBC) Kenyan foreign minister Sam ongeri has on Tuesday held news conference in Nairobi and dismissed reports published the daily nation gazette on Monday quoting the Minister blaming the former TFG president of being behind the attempted assassination on the Somalia president on Wednesday 12th September in Mogadishu.

Mr. Ongeri denied the reports and made apology for the report and said that it is an act of destabilizing the relationship of the two countries and that the report is completely untrue.

‘’ Sheikh sharif was a hero because he handed over the office in a good will after he was defeated. So how can I say he was behind for the attacks some one who rushed to aid us aftermath.’’ Said the foreign minister San Onger

On the other hand, former transitional federal government president sheikh sharif sheik Ahmed held a press conference in Mogadishu in response of the accusation that he was responsible for the attacks.

Former TFG president sheikh sharif told the press that has was not involved in the attacks and angrily said that he regrets for the reports which he pointed to be meant for discoloring his dignity.

Sheikh sharif underlined that Kenya was not in a moderate position in the presidential election indicating that it supported particular persons for its interests.

Mean while the new Somalia president Hassan sheikh Mohamud talked about the incident and urged Kenyan government to apologize for the dishonoring reports that former president was accountable for an attempted assassination on him late this month only after been in office for two days.
